Norfolk, MA. November 3, 2009 – WCVB Channel 5 in Boston, ran a story on November 1, 2009 about the ballot initiative signature collecting process. This story was filled with misleading allegations directed toward Earl Sholley, candidate for Congress in the 4th District.

Channel 5 purposefully created a story, where none existed, in an attempt to discredit Sholley’s candidacy.  The real story is the millions of dollars that pour into Massachusetts from Washington, DC to defeat taxpayer friendly initiatives, and the unlawful tactics that the unions employ to intimidate and harass petitioners.  It is obvious that Channel 5 is in the pocket of the liberal elites.
